September is a month of new beginnings because it is a transitional month. Summer is coming to a close and Fall is beginning to awaken. Allow the harvest of ideas, inspiration and gathering of life tools that began in August to continue through this transition.

September reminds us to cool down. We have been going at a very rushed, fun, exciting but tiring pace. Now begins the cool down period. Mother Nature is getting ready to show us her colors. Her views can stop many folks in their tracks in order to take it all in! Slow, deep breaths revitalize tired minds and bodies, preparing us for a resting time.
